Groundnut Porridge
  1. Ingredients
    1. Groundnuts (soaked for 5-6 hours)
    2. Bananas
    3. Cardamon
    4. Sugar (optional)
    5. Milk (optional)
Coriander Coffee
  1. Grinding Ingredients
    1. Pepper
    2. Cumin Seeds
    3. Coriander Powder
    4. Dry Ginger
  2. Seasoning
    1. Jaggery / Sugar (optional)
    2. Lime Juice (to taste)
  3. Preparation
    1. Add a teaspoon of the powder to 200ml boiling water.
    2. Heat for 2 minutes.
    3. Filter the mixture
    4. Add Jaggery / Sugar, and Lemon Juice at the end.
