Groundnut Porridge
- Ingredients
- Groundnuts (soaked for 5-6 hours)
- Bananas
- Cardamon
- Sugar (optional)
- Milk (optional)
Coriander Coffee
- Grinding Ingredients
- Pepper
- Cumin Seeds
- Coriander Powder
- Dry Ginger
- Seasoning
- Jaggery / Sugar (optional)
- Lime Juice (to taste)
- Preparation
- Add a teaspoon of the powder to 200ml boiling water.
- Heat for 2 minutes.
- Filter the mixture
- Add Jaggery / Sugar, and Lemon Juice at the end.
